The 3" MNPT brass foot valve features a durable Buna-S rubber poppet with a unique design that includes a solid steel internal insert, making it more resilient than traditional O-rings. Manufactured in the USA, this valve has a maximum working pressure of 200 PSI and can withstand temperatures up to 225°F, with a cracking pressure of 1-2 lbs. It is suitable for general-purpose applications involving cold or warm water, glycol, and ethylene; however, it is not intended for use with air compressors.
