The American Biotech Supply Premier Pharmacy/Vaccine Countertop Controlled Auto Defrost Freezer is a freestanding unit with a 1 cu. ft. capacity, utilizing proprietary "Controlled Auto Defrost" technology. This feature ensures that vaccines remain at consistent and stable temperatures below 5°F (-15°C) while providing convenient frost removal without the need to relocate samples, eliminating the risk of temperature excursions common in traditional auto defrost models. The freezer includes remote alarm contacts, a probe access port, and a temperature monitoring device (TMD) with a 3-year certificate of calibration. It is UL/C-UL listed and comes with a 2-year comprehensive warranty. Additionally, the unit uses environmentally friendly, natural hydrocarbon (HC) refrigerants that do not contain hydrofluorocarbons, significantly reducing global warming potential and complying with new EPA/SNAP mandates as well as UL and ASHRAE guidelines.
