Each hoist undergoes inspection and testing in the USA, with a test certificate provided for complete traceability. These industrial manual chain hoists comply with CE, ASME B30.16, B30.21, and AS1418.2 safety standards, featuring a 100% load tested 7.1mm stainless steel load chain. Available in sizes of 1 and 2 tons, with standard lifts of 10 and 20 ft, these hoists are individually rigged and tested. They are load-tested at 125% capacity and include forged stainless steel hooks and safety latches. The weatherproof load-holding Weston-type brake incorporates a twin pawl design for enhanced safety. A unique hand wheel design allows the hand chain to feed directly into the wheel sprocket from various directions, enabling operation from the side or above the load. These hoists necessitate 20% - 35% less effort than competitors, making them ideal for frequent lifting and pulling applications. Fully enclosed gearing protects against contamination and debris. The stainless steel construction provides corrosion resistance, strength, and durability, while the heavy-duty safety latches allow for easy field replacement.
