Oz Lifting Products 1 ton stainless series manual chain hoists feature a stainless steel construction with a Weston-style brake system that ensures safety and reliability. This industrial manual chain hoist meets CE, ASME B30.16, B30.21, and AS1418.2 safety standards and includes a 100% load tested 7.1mm stainless steel load chain. Available in sizes 1 and 2 tons, the hoists have standard lifts of 10 and 20 ft, are individually rigged and tested in the U.S.A., and are load-tested at 125% capacity. They come equipped with forged stainless steel hooks and safety latches, a weatherproof load-holding Weston-type brake with a twin pawl design for added safety, and a unique hand wheel design that allows the hand chain to feed directly into the wheel sprocket from various angles, facilitating operation without jamming. With 20% - 35% less lifting effort required compared to competitors, these hoists are ideal for frequent lifting and pulling applications. The fully enclosed gearing protects against contamination and debris, while the corrosion-resistant stainless steel construction provides strength and durability. Additionally, the forged stainless steel hooks and safety latches feature a bolt and lock nut connection for easy latch changing in the field, and a thrust bearing on the lower hook allows for easy rotation of the load while suspended, preventing load chain twisting.
