The tool features a powerful 7.5 amp motor with a speed range of 0-1,300 rpm and a hammer rate of 0-5,800 bpm. The HammerHook™ allows for quick tool storage during the job, while the multi-function selector provides three modes of operation: rotation only, rotary hammer, and hammer-only mode. The Vario-Lock™ positioning system enables the rotation and locking of the chisel into 36 different positions to optimize the working angle. It includes a patented rotating brush plate, which delivers equal power in both forward and reverse directions, and a patented cord turret offering a 35° pivot for added flexibility and extended cord life. The SDS-Plus® bit system allows for tool-free bit changes while ensuring automatic bit locking, dust protection, and maximum impact energy transfer. The D-handle design is particularly suited for overhead and downward drilling applications. Additionally, the variable-speed reversing trigger facilitates accurate bit starting and the removal of fasteners or bound bits, while the integral clutch helps to minimize torque reaction.
