The gas weld T grade hose kit includes a 1/4 inch by 50 feet hose rated at 200 psi, featuring Series TW and BA with an independent dual swivel body made from aluminum and hard coated for wear resistance, ensuring positive separation of gases. The design includes double-sealed, special molded O-rings to prevent leakage, and both the swivel body and inlet are marked with machined grooves on the acetylene side to guarantee correct installation. The Safe-T-Reels in the kit provide high rigidity thanks to a one-inch shaft with tapered roller bearings, making them compact and flexible while constructed from non-conductive materials. Additional specifications include a durable abrasion and corrosion-resistant baked-on red powder-coated finish, with the reel frame, spool, and drum manufactured from heavy gauge steel. The operating temperature range is from -20° F (-29° C) to +250° F (+120° C).
