The Reelcraft stainless steel hose reel is designed for applications such as food processing, pre-rinse, wash down, chemical transfer, and industrial-solvent handling, making it suitable for the harsh environments of coastal, offshore, and marine applications where salt water spray is a concern. This kit includes a 3/4 inch by 50 ft stainless steel hose with a maximum pressure rating of 500 psi. It features a full-flow stainless steel shaft and swivel for maximum product delivery, heavy-duty brackets that prevent bending due to angular hose pulls, and a banded drive spring for smooth automatic hose retrieval. The multi-position guide arm allows for wall, floor, ceiling, pit, or truck mounting, while nylon guide rollers minimize hose drag and abrasion. The Pos-I-latch mechanism maintains the desired working length of the hose, ensuring a positive latch. Additional attributes include factory lubrication, a weatherproof gasketed spring motor for the 7000 series, vibration-proof self-locking fasteners for assembly integrity, and construction from 304L grade stainless steel that is passivated for an electro-polish finish. Standard latch parts are made of aluminum, with stainless latch parts available as an option.
