The Reelcraft 83000 OLS 3/4 x 50' stainless steel retractable hose reel is designed for air and water use without hose, featuring a dual pedestal construction and a maximum pressure rating of 500 PSI. This stainless steel hose reel is ideal for applications in food processing, pre-rinse, wash down, chemical transfer, and industrial-solvent handling, as well as for marine environments where exposure to salt water spray is a concern. The product includes a full-flow stainless steel shaft and swivel to ensure maximum product delivery (with the exception of Series 80000 which has an aluminum fluid path) and heavy-duty brackets that prevent bending from angular hose pulls. Additional features include a banded drive spring for smooth automatic hose retrieval, a multi-position guide arm for versatile mounting options (wall, floor, ceiling, pit, or truck), nylon guide rollers to minimize hose drag and abrasion, and a Pos-i-latch mechanism that maintains the desired working length of the hose. All reels are permanently factory lubricated and equipped with a weatherproof gasketed spring motor for maximum service life. Vibration-proof self-locking fasteners provide assembly integrity, and the reel is made from 304L grade stainless steel, which is passivated for an electro-polish finish.
