The Dual Pedestal, 3/4 x 50ft, 250 psi air/water hose reel features a robust design, incorporating all-steel construction and a baked-on powder coat finish for enhanced corrosion resistance, making it suitable for a variety of heavy-duty applications. It comes equipped with Reelcraft's new ball-bearing style swivel and is supplied standard with PVC hose for low pressure and S.A.E. 100 R1T one wire braid hose for medium pressure. Key features include a hose anti-latch out feature that ensures the hose retracts every time, a field-adjustable guide arm for wall, ceiling, or truck mounting positions, and a structurally reinforced dual pedestal base and guide arm design. The five-in-one heat-treated aluminum casting integrates the main shaft, ratchet, spring arbor, and inlet/outlet plumbing into a single piece, while the containerized spring assembly facilitates safe and easy handling during maintenance. Additionally, the design includes two sealed ball bearings for smooth rotation of the main shaft.
