The SGL hook forklift beam 16336 is manufactured to exceed all ASME B30.20 and OSHA regulations and is powder coated safety yellow for increased visibility. This forklift attachment is proof loaded and shipped with certification paperwork, including Made in the USA certification paperwork. The kit includes forklift restraining tabs and requires that it be tied off to the forklift mast. Users must check with the manufacturer of their forklift for load capabilities and must reference OSHA 1910.178 for guidelines on forklift use with attachments. Note that OSHA requires contacting the manufacturer of the fork truck for written approval for the use of any fork truck attachments.
