The unit includes four 6" heavy-duty swivel locking casters, four adjustable shelves, and two turn cam locking handles, and it comes fully assembled and ready to use. The Steel Cabinets USA Cabinets conform to ANSI/BIFMA standards and are made in the USA. The unit ships in a custom wooden crate, and the casters are factory installed for efficiency.
