The drill features an oversize, square carbide tip designed for enhanced centering and clearance for toggle bolts, bolts, anchor screws, and expansion bolts, with a 118° point. It incorporates a regular helix for easy chip removal and additional steel support for the drill tip. For drill diameters exceeding 1/2 inch, the shank is reduced to fit a 1/2 inch drill chuck. Constructed from high-grade carbide, it offers extended durability and longevity. The drill conforms to ANSI spec B212.15-1994 and is compatible with rotation or rotary percussion drill motors, making it suitable for drilling in sandstone and green concrete. It operates with a right-hand direction of rotation and has a shank length of 1.5 inches.
