The standard slotted frame is designed to work with any MSA slotted helmet, while the universal frame, featuring a heavy-duty, flat, rubber strap, is compatible with both slotted and non-slotted MSA helmets. The unique sloped frame design allows material to slide off the frame and out of sight, enhancing functionality. Additionally, the optional debris control feature creates a tight seal between the helmet and the frame, ensuring better protection. For environments with high heat, the elevated temperature versions are capable of withstanding temperatures up to 350°F (176°C).
