The MHI Series - Millennium Silent Turbine Vibrator is designed for sanitary food and pharmaceutical applications, featuring a high-strength billet aluminum housing and covers, along with a stainless steel shaft for durability. It includes slotted mounting holes for easy installation and a threaded exhaust port. The vibrator operates at 21,000 vibrations per minute (VPM) with an airflow of 5.5 cubic feet per minute (CFM) at 80 PSI, generating 300 lbs. of force and maintaining a noise level of 68 dB. It is intended for intermittent duty only and does not require lubrication. For optimum life and performance, a filter-regulator is recommended, and exhaust mufflers are available to ensure quieter operation.
