The MHI Series - Millennium Silent Turbine Vibrator is designed for sanitary food and pharmaceutical applications, featuring a high strength billet aluminum housing and covers, along with a stainless steel shaft. It includes slotted mounting holes for easy installation and a threaded exhaust port, with a polypropylene coating suitable for wash down areas. The vibrator operates at 21,000 VPM and delivers 5.5 CFM at 80 PSI, producing 300 lbs. of force while maintaining a low noise level of 68 dB. It is intended for intermittent duty only and requires no lubrication. For optimal life and performance, a filter-regulator is recommended, and optional exhaust mufflers are available for quieter operation.
