The MHI Series - Millennium Silent Turbine Vibrator is designed for sanitary food and pharmaceutical applications, featuring a high strength billet aluminum housing and covers, along with a stainless steel shaft. It includes slotted mounting holes for easy installation and a threaded exhaust port. The unit operates at 10,500 Vibrations Per Minute (VPM) and delivers 8.5 Cubic Feet per Minute (CFM) at 80 PSI, producing 575 lbs. of force while maintaining a noise level of 71 dB. This equipment is intended for intermittent duty only and requires no lubrication. For optimal life and performance, a filter-regulator is recommended, and exhaust mufflers are available for quieter operation.
