The MHI Series - Millennium Silent Turbine Vibrator is designed for sanitary food and pharmaceutical applications, featuring a high-strength billet aluminum housing and covers, along with a stainless steel shaft. The unit includes slotted mounting holes for easy installation and a threaded exhaust port. It is polypropylene coated to withstand wash down areas. The vibrator achieves a performance of 10,500 VPM and 8.5 CFM at 80 PSI, delivering 575 lbs. of force while operating at 71 dB. It is intended for intermittent duty only and requires no lubrication. For optimum life and performance, a filter-regulator is recommended, and exhaust mufflers are available for quieter operation.
