The MHI Series - Millennium Silent Turbine Vibrator is designed for sanitary food and pharmaceutical applications, featuring a high strength billet aluminum housing and covers, along with a stainless steel shaft. It includes slotted mounting holes for easy installation and a threaded exhaust port. The vibrator operates at 10,200 VPM and 9 CFM at 80 PSI, generating 965 lbs. of force while maintaining a sound level of 72 dB. It is intended for intermittent duty only and requires no lubrication, although a filter-regulator is recommended for optimum life and performance. Additionally, exhaust mufflers are available to reduce operational noise.
