The MHI Series - Millennium Silent Turbine Vibrator is designed for sanitary food and pharmaceutical applications, featuring a high-strength billet aluminum housing and covers, as well as a stainless steel shaft. It includes slotted mounting holes for easy installation and is polypropylene coated for washdown areas. The unit has a threaded exhaust port and operates at 10,200 VPM, 9 CFM at 80 PSI, delivering 965 lbs. of force while maintaining a noise level of 72 dB. This model is intended for intermittent duty only and requires no lubrication, although a filter-regulator is recommended for optimum life and performance. Exhaust mufflers are also available for quieter operation.
