The MHI Series - Millennium Silent Turbine Vibrator is designed for sanitary food and pharmaceutical applications, featuring a high strength billet aluminum housing and covers, along with a stainless steel shaft. It includes slotted mounting holes for easy installation and is polypropylene coated for wash down areas. The unit has a threaded exhaust port and delivers performance specifications of 10,000 VPM, 10 CFM at 80 PSI, generating 1300 lbs. of force while operating at 72 dB. This vibrator is suitable for intermittent duty only and requires no lubrication, although a filter-regulator is recommended for optimum life and performance. Additionally, exhaust mufflers are available to ensure quieter operation.
