The MLT series - Millennium silent turbine vibrator is designed for sanitary food and pharmaceutical applications, featuring a high strength billet aluminum housing and covers, along with a stainless steel shaft. The unit includes slotted mounting holes for easy installation and a threaded exhaust port. It operates at 10,500 VPM and 5.5 CFM at 80 PSI, generating 75 lbs. of force while maintaining a sound level of 68 dB. This vibrator is continuous duty rated and requires no lubrication, although a filter-regulator is recommended for optimum life and performance. Additionally, exhaust mufflers are available to ensure quieter operation.
