The MLT Series - Millennium Silent Turbine Vibrator is designed for sanitary food and pharmaceutical applications, featuring a high-strength billet aluminum housing and covers, combined with a stainless steel shaft for durability. The unit includes slotted mounting holes for easy installation and a threaded exhaust port. It is polypropylene coated for wash-down areas and provides performance specifications of 10,500 VPM, 5.5 CFM at 80 PSI, with 75 lbs. of force, while operating at a sound level of 68 dB. The vibrator is rated for continuous duty and requires no lubrication. For optimal life and performance, a filter-regulator is recommended, and exhaust mufflers are available for quieter operation.
