The MLT Series - Millennium Silent Turbine Vibrator is designed specifically for sanitary food and pharmaceutical applications, featuring a high strength billet aluminum housing and covers, along with a stainless steel shaft. It includes slotted mounting holes for easy installation and a threaded exhaust port. Engineered for high temperature applications with a maximum of 350° F, it utilizes graphite impregnated bearings. The vibrator operates at 7200 VPM, delivering 8.5 CFM at 80 PSI, generating 270 lbs. of force, and maintains an operational sound level of 71 dB. It is continuous duty rated and requires no lubrication. For optimal performance and longevity, a filter-regulator is recommended, and exhaust mufflers are available for quieter operation.
