The MLT series - Millennium Silent Turbine Vibrator is designed for sanitary food and pharmaceutical applications, featuring a high strength billet aluminum housing and covers, along with a stainless steel shaft. It includes slotted mounting holes for easy installation and a threaded exhaust port, while being polypropylene coated for wash down areas. Operating at 7200 VPM with a capacity of 8.5 CFM at 80 PSI, it generates 270 lbs. of force and maintains a noise level of 71 dB. This continuous duty rated vibrator requires no lubrication, and the use of a filter-regulator is recommended for optimal life and performance. Additionally, exhaust mufflers are available to ensure quieter operation.
