The MLT Series - Millennium Silent Turbine Vibrator is designed for sanitary food and pharmaceutical applications, featuring a high-strength billet aluminum housing and covers along with a stainless steel shaft. It includes slotted mounting holes for easy installation and a threaded exhaust port. The vibrator is polypropylene coated for wash down areas, operates at 7200 VPM, delivers 9 CFM at 80 PSI, and generates 480 lbs. of force while maintaining a noise level of 72 dB. It is continuously duty rated and requires no lubrication; however, the use of a filter-regulator is recommended for optimum life and performance. Exhaust mufflers are available to provide quieter operation.
