Big Bertha 12 volt DC dump body vibrators are designed for field or mobile applications and are available in both 12 and 24 DC configurations. These vibrators are factory set to provide 3500 lbs of force at 60 amps and 4000 RPM, with a special duty design. The force is field adjustable, ranging from 1500 lbs to 3500 lbs. Each kit includes a mounting kit, which consists of a carbon steel mounting plate, bolts, and washers, as well as a wiring kit that features 34 feet of #4 AWG cable, 20 feet of #16 MTW, 7 ring terminals, a push button switch, a solenoid, and a circuit breaker to facilitate easy installation. Additionally, options for a stainless steel, aluminum mounting plate and channel iron are available.
