The Junior Adjustable Force & Frequency Electric Vibrator features a non-corrosive plastic composite housing designed to endure harsh environments. It includes a rugged, permanent magnet DC motor and an SCR DC speed control. The control box is equipped with an on-off switch, a single-turn speed control potentiometer, a fuse, and a cord with a standard NEMA 5-15P 3-prong plug, making it ready for connection to 110-120 VAC, 50/60 Hz, 1 PH power supply. Speed can be adjusted from 0 to 4000 vibrations per minute (VPM), with the motor rated for continuous duty between 950 and 2500 VPM, and intermittent duty at all other speeds. The unit can generate a maximum force of 85 lbs. and is totally enclosed and sealed for wash-down applications. Additionally, aluminum and cast iron housing options are available.
