The Junior adjustable force & frequency electric vibrator features a totally sealed cast iron housing and is powered by a rugged permanent magnet DC motor, complemented by an SCR DC speed control. The control box is equipped with a combination on-off switch, a single turn speed control potentiometer, a fuse, and a cord with a standard NEMA 5-15P 3-prong plug, designed for connection to 110 - 120 VAC, 50/60 Hz, 1 PH power. This unit offers adjustable speed ranging from 0 to 4000 vibrations per minute (VPM), with a continuous duty range of 950 to 2500 VPM and a maximum force of 90 lbs. The cast iron housing is epoxy coated and completely enclosed, making it suitable for washdown applications and harsh chemical environments. Additionally, aluminum and non-corrosive plastic composite housings are available as options.
