The BV series are foot mount ball style vibrators designed for applications requiring small amounts of vibration. The kit includes a threaded exhaust port that allows for porting air to a remote location if necessary. With a maximum operating pressure of 60 psi, the vibrators deliver 19,000 vibrations per minute (vpm) at an air consumption of 7.5 cubic feet per minute (cfm) while providing a force of 80 lbs. For proper operation, it is essential for ball style vibrators to have a filter regulator and lubricator. Additionally, exhaust mufflers are available for quieter operation.
