The BV Series are dual mount ball style vibrators, specifically designed for applications that require medium amounts of vibration. This kit includes a threaded exhaust port that allows for porting air to a remote location if necessary, with a maximum operating pressure of 80 psi. The vibrators achieve 16,000 vibrations per minute (vpm) and require 11 cubic feet per minute (cfm) of air, generating a force of 260 lbs. To ensure proper operation, ball style vibrators must be used with a filter regulator and lubricator. Additionally, exhaust mufflers are available for quieter operation, enhancing the performance of the system.
