The two-piece clamping collar features a 1 5/8" bore and a 2 5/8" outside diameter, constructed from black oxide plated steel. This design fully engages the shaft without causing any marring, providing an easy installation solution where major disassembly would otherwise be required. It offers greater axial holding power compared to set screw or one-piece clamping collars and is effective on both hard and soft shafts.
