The two-piece clamping collar features a 1" bore and an outside diameter of 1 3/4". Made of black oxide plated steel, this collar is designed to fully engage the shaft without causing any marring. It can be easily installed in situations where major disassembly would otherwise be necessary. This design provides greater axial holding power compared to set screw or one-piece clamping collars, making it effective on both hard and soft shafts.
