The LC 1000 D is a single phase 115V, 1.5 HP (1 kW), 2 gallon (8 L) capacity cleanroom vacuum cleaner designed for high performance in a compact size. It is compliant with GMP standards and is easy to clean and disinfect. The vacuum features up to four stages of filtration and includes a bagging system using "Safe-Bag" for toxic waste. It is autoclavable up to 248 F (120 C), excluding the engine head, and meets specifications for clean rooms. Key features include ease of dismantling and maintenance, a direct cooling motor, a stainless steel construction, inbound filters made of PTFE, and an output filter rated at U15. The filtration system provides absolute filtration with a main filter made from bag polyester, utilizing M PTFE upstream and U15 downstream, and allows for simple filter changes.
