The PowerBlanket Cure Pro heated concrete curing blanket, model Concrete-0520, measures 5' x 20' with finished overall dimensions of 6' x 21'. This product quickly heats to a preset temperature of 100°F (38°C) with a tolerance of ± 10°F (3°C). It is designed to withstand the harsh conditions of construction job sites, allowing safe walking on the blanket without damaging the internal heater. This durable blanket facilitates cold weather concreting with a strength of 3,925 psi in 72 hours and cures concrete 2.8 times faster than conventional blankets while maintaining moisture throughout the hydration process. It also aids in thawing ground and frost from the job site prior to pouring and maintains compliance with ACI standards.
