Zep Solo is a high-solids, water-based sealer and polish designed for both resilient and non-resilient floor surfaces, making it ideal for environments with multiple floor types where a single product is preferred. This low-maintenance solution provides long-lasting coverage and scuff resistance, ensuring that it does not streak or leave mop trails. Each coat dries in 30 to 45 minutes, contributing to its efficiency. Zep Solo is part of Zep's Next Step System of floor care products and meets or exceeds slip resistance standards established by CSPA and UL, as tested in accordance with ASTM D-2047.
