BSC Preferred's 42" diameter Condor spiral stairs create space and flexibility for your home design. The kit includes everything needed for installation in one box (except tools) and can typically be installed in one day. It features a floor-to-floor height range of 102" - 114" with 11 treads and provides a 17" clear walking path. The staircase is offered in powder-coated white, gray, or black colors and comes with matching aluminum handrails. Each kit includes two 36" tall platform rails for loft-mount installations and is designed for interior applications only with smooth steel treads. The spiral staircase allows for reversible rotation (left hand up or right hand up) and requires a minimum well opening of 44in x 44in for installation through the floor. American made, it is backed by a lifetime warranty on all metal components and a 5-year warranty on finished components. Please note that this spiral staircase does not meet minimum 2015 IRC requirements, and users should verify local building code specifications with authorities.
