BSC Preferred's 60" diameter reroute spiral stairs offer space and flexibility for home design, featuring a small footprint and adherence to safety standards. The reroute collection is constructed from paint-ready primed steel for indoor installations and includes personalization options. Each staircase kit includes all necessary components for installation in one box (excluding tools), typically allowing for installation in one day. Kits come with one standard platform rail for corner mount installations or a second platform rail option for loft mount installations. These spiral staircases are designed to American specifications and are backed by a lifetime warranty on all metal components and 5 years on finished components, with American customer support available. The 60" diameter spiral staircases provide a 26" clear walking path and accommodate floor-to-floor heights ranging from 110.5" to 123.5" (12 treads), including two 42" tall platform rails for loft-mount installations. Additional features include raised diamond plated treads suitable for both exterior and interior applications, a raw aluminum handrail, and reversible rotation options (left hand up or right hand up). For installations through the floor, a minimum well opening of 62" x 62" is required, and it is essential to check with local building code authorities for specific compliance requirements.
