They feature patented heat grid nanocarbon heating technology that rapidly increases temperature within the first 20 minutes of operation, while the electrical current decreases for efficiency. The automatic GFCI device integrated into the blanket ensures safe heating for both the product and contractor. Suitable for various plastic, fiber, and metal containers, the blankets are constructed from NFPA-certified flame-retardant vinyl, welded at the seams for durability. They offer resistance to scuffs, UV rays, water, and harsh elements, along with heavy-duty foil-faced, high thermal efficiency closed-cell foam insulation that directs heat effectively. Temperature control can be achieved precisely to the desired set point via an optional temperature control module, or it can be factory set to self-regulate. A proprietary strain relief cord entry reduces wire stress by sealing the power cord entry. Made with the heaviest (18oz) diagonally woven UV-resistant nylon materials surpassing competitors, the blankets include adjustable nylon retaining straps and quick-release nickel-plated buckles for secure fastening. They are NRTL recognized for safety, operate at 120VAC, and come with a 2-year limited warranty.
