The Iron Eagle® exterior coated polyurethane on nylon jacket is a lightweight and durable garment designed for extreme comfort and flexibility, making it suitable for tough work conditions. It is ideal for applications such as food processing, sanitation, meat packing, forestry, agriculture, and petrochemical industries. The jacket features a polyurethane on nylon construction with batwing sleeve design and generous cut for maximum freedom of movement, along with Therm-O-Rad sealed seams that ensure 100% waterproof protection. The storm fly front effectively seals out wind, rain, and contaminants, while the heavy-duty snaps are guaranteed not to fail. The jacket is mildew resistant and boasts a 2 mil exterior coating that provides exceptional snag and abrasion resistance. Additionally, the sleek coating is easy to decontaminate and exhibits excellent liquid shedding characteristics, with Therm-O-Rad sealed seams that are stronger than the material itself and capable of withstanding extensive laundering. The chemical resistance is good in most hydrocarbon oils, organic acids, salts, alkalies, and in some organic solvents, but it is not recommended for use with ketones, alcohols, and certain solvents.
