The Iron Eagle® exterior coated polyurethane on nylon jacket is designed for lightweight durability while providing exceptional comfort and flexibility, making it suitable for demanding work conditions in applications such as food processing, sanitation, meat packing, forestry, agriculture, and petrochemical industries. This jacket features a polyurethane on nylon construction with batwing sleeve design for maximum freedom of movement, and is equipped with Therm-O-Rad sealed seams that ensure 100% waterproof protection. The storm fly front effectively seals out wind, rain, and contaminants, while the attached hood adds further protection. Heavy-duty snaps are designed to be reliable and withstand wear, and the jacket is mildew resistant. The 2 mil exterior coating provides remarkable snag and abrasion resistance, and its sleek surface allows for easy decontamination and excellent liquid shedding capabilities. The Therm-O-Rad sealed seams are stronger than the material itself and can endure extensive laundering. This jacket offers good chemical resistance against most hydrocarbon oils, organic acids, salts, and alkalies, although it is not recommended for use with ketones, alcohols, and certain solvents.
