The Eclipse is a protective suit that offers tri-hazard liquid-proof, arc flash, and flash fire protection, utilizing patent pending Thermo-Grid technology to block out heat energy. The suit features a flame resistant PVC coating on Nomex®, providing 100% liquid proof protection in a soft, lightweight design. Engineered to resist industrial acids, chemicals, and caustics, the Eclipse conforms to ASTM F1891 for arc thermal performance and NFPA 70E HRC 2. Both jacket and overall styles meet ASTM F2733 standards for flash fire performance, while all seams are Therm-O-Rad sealed, ensuring 100% liquid proof protection without needle holes for chemical penetration. The exterior PVC coating offers excellent chemical resistance, and the high jacket collar with hook and loop throat closure enhances splash and drip protection. Designed for all-day comfort, the suit has a soft, supple feel and is available in a distinctive safety blue color for easy identification.
