This jacket is ideal for applications in food processing, sanitation, meat packing, forestry, agriculture, and petrochemical industries. It exhibits good chemical resistance to most hydrocarbon oils, organic acids, salts, and alkalies, although it is not recommended for use with ketones, alcohols, and certain solvents. Key features include a polyurethane on nylon jacket, batwing sleeve construction for maximum freedom of movement, and Therm-O-Rad sealed seams providing 100% waterproof protection. The storm fly front effectively seals out wind, rain, and contaminants, while an attached hood and heavy-duty snaps ensure durability. Additionally, the mildew-resistant 2 mil exterior coating offers exceptional snag and abrasion resistance, and its sleek surface allows for easy decontamination and enhances liquid shedding capabilities.
