The Iron Eagle® exterior coated polyurethane on nylon jacket is designed for lightweight durability and exceptional comfort, making it suitable for the most challenging work environments. This jacket features a polyurethane on nylon construction with batwing sleeve design for enhanced freedom of movement. The Therm-O-Rad sealed seams ensure 100% waterproof protection, while the storm fly front effectively seals out wind, rain, and contaminants. An attached hood adds to its protective qualities, and heavy-duty snaps are guaranteed not to fail. The jacket is mildew resistant, with a 2 mil exterior coating that provides outstanding snag and abrasion resistance. Its sleek finish facilitates easy decontamination and offers excellent liquid shedding characteristics. Ideal applications include food processing, sanitation, meat packing, forestry, agriculture, and petrochemical industries. The jacket exhibits good chemical resistance to most hydrocarbon oils, organic acids, salts, alkalies, and some organic solvents, though it is not recommended for use with ketones, alcohols, and certain solvents.
