The Iron Eagle® exterior coated polyurethane on nylon jacket is a lightweight and durable solution, designed for maximum comfort and flexibility while providing resistance against fats, oils, pine tars, gasoline, grease, and a variety of chemicals, making it ideal for tough work conditions. Its applications include food processing, sanitation, meat packing, forestry, agriculture, and petrochemical industries. The jacket offers good chemical resistance in most hydrocarbon oils, organic acids, salts, alkalies, and some organic solvents, but is not recommended for use with ketones, alcohols, and certain solvents. Key features include a polyurethane on nylon jacket, batwing sleeve construction for maximum freedom of movement, and Therm-O-Rad sealed seams that provide 100% waterproof protection. Additionally, it has a storm fly front that seals out wind, rain, and contaminants, an attached hood, heavy-duty snaps guaranteed not to fail, mildew resistance, a 2 mil exterior coating for superior snag and abrasion resistance, and a sleek coating that is easy to decontaminate while providing excellent liquid shedding characteristics. The seams are stronger than the material itself and can withstand extensive laundering.
