Tissue culture flasks are available in tissue culture treated and non-treated versions, specifically designed for suspension cultures. The tissue culture treated flasks feature a uniform hydrophilic surface that promotes consistent cell attachment. Each flask comes in a convenient zip-closure bag, offering a practical alternative to traditional folding and taping methods. The design includes a large opening with a canted neck and moderate angles, ensuring easy access to the entire flask surface, which is ideal for cell scrapers. These flasks have a stable base that allows for upright filling and are constructed from thick, durable walls. Each flask is printed with a lot number and expiration date for straightforward identification and tracking. The molded interlocking T design enhances stackability for flasks of sizes 75, 182, and 300 cm², as well as 250, 600, and 850 mL. Additionally, the vent caps are equipped with a 0.22 µm hydrophobic membrane. Notably, the 182 cm² flask provides a larger growth area compared to standard 175 cm² models, while the extra depth of the 182 cm² deep volume flask allows for increased media volume, facilitating longer cell culture maintenance without the risk of drying out or nutrient depletion.
