The kit includes flasks packaged in a convenient zip-closure bag, which serves as a practical alternative to traditional folding and taping bags. Key design elements feature a large opening, canted neck, and moderate angles that facilitate easy access to the entire flask surface, making them ideal for use with cell scrapers. The stable base allows the flask to be filled while standing upright, and the thick, durable walls ensure longevity. Each flask is printed with a lot number and expiration date for straightforward identification and tracking. The molded, interlocking T design enhances stacking capabilities across various sizes, including 75, 182, and 300 cm² as well as 250, 600, and 850 ml flasks. Additionally, the vent caps incorporate a 0.22 μm hydrophobic membrane. The 182 cm² flask provides greater growth area compared to standard 175 cm² options, and its extra depth allows for increased media volume, enabling extended culture growth without the risk of drying out or nutrient depletion.
