The 96 deep well storage plates are designed for the growth of bacterial cultures or the storage of compounds, featuring a polypropylene construction that provides a low binding surface to minimize sample adhesion to the side walls during elution. This chemically inert material is ideal for combinatorial chemistry applications. The plates are engineered with a square to round transition at the V-bottom, which maximizes the working volume, while the pyramid bottom facilitates sample retrieval and enhances mixing by generating a sloshing effect during agitation instead of a vortex. Additionally, the round bottom design permits the use of mixing beads. All plates are made in the USA.
