Each tube features a polyethylene (HDPE) cap with an integral plug seal, ensuring a secure closure. The tubes can withstand a temperature range of -80°C to 120°C, making them suitable for various laboratory conditions. To support the tube during centrifugation, the use of a rotor cushion is required.
