The roller bottle kit is available in two sizes: a 1000ml volume with 490cm² of surface area and a 2000ml volume with 850cm² of surface area, offered in both treated and non-treated versions. Each bottle is equipped with a large knurled cap for easy grip and can be fitted with either a vented or non-vented cap, suitable for open or closed systems. Manufactured from medical grade virgin polystyrene, the tissue culture treated roller bottles feature a uniform hydrophilic surface ideal for consistent cell attachment. The bottles are marked with easy-to-read black printed graduations and are packaged sterile in individual bags. Additionally, the vent caps incorporate a 0.22µm hydrophobic membrane for enhanced filtration.
