The kit is designed for mammalian suspension culture applications as well as bacterial and yeast culture. It is packaged sterile in individual bags for easy storage and handling. The flask features a 70mm opening for easy filling and dispensing, along with an over-sized vent area in the cap for improved gas exchange. Its Fernbach flask shape increases the surface area to volume ratio, and the baffled bottom option improves mixing and aeration. A transfer assembly is available for the aseptic transfer of material, and the product is made in the USA.
